Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Chicago and Moline, Illinois, Phil is a graduate of Illinois State University and the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Phil is a member of the Illinois, Iowa, Dubuque and Jo Daviess Bar Associations and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Iowa.
Paul Timothy Jensen was raised in Tokyo, Japan, where he graduated from High School. He then attended North Park University in Chicago (BA). He subsequently attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.Div; ThM), the University of Virginia (PhD) and the University of Iowa (JD). He taught philosophy at Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) and the University of Dubuque (Dubuque, IA) until his retirement in 2016. He continues to practice law with the Alliance Law Firm and is licensed in Iowa and Illinois.
